The PowerPress plugin for WordPress allows you to easily create audio and video podcasts. The plugin includes media player that allows for playback on a webpage. Out of the box, WordPress can also display audio and video, but PowerPress adds the ability to include that media in an RSS feed while also presenting the feed in a format that podcast catching clients like iTunes can use.
