How can you help?
You can help by making a donation to LIME to help cover the costs that make the transition to college in the United States a difficult one for Malagasy students.
Whether your contribution is large or small, every little bit helps! So please help!
We need to cover such expenses as fees for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and SAT ($250), visa fees ($250), air fare to the United States ($2,500), and initial health insurance ($2,500). This extra $5,500 is insurmountable for each of the talented but economically disadvantaged Malagasy students even when they receive full scholarships to cover tuition, room and board.
You can easily make a contribution on-line through the Lafayette College Development Office. In doing so, please indicate in the Gift Information section that your gift is intended for LIME (as shown below).
