This report serves as a feasibility study for a new footbridge at the Karl Stirner Arts Trail (KSAT), which is to serve as a gateway between College Hill and the Arts Trail. Located along the Bushkill Creek  in Easton, Pennsylvania, the KSAT serves as a prime space for both recreation and art in Downtown Easton, as it boasts over a mile of picturesque walking paths, Easton’s only dog park, and features sculptures from numerous artists. In this report, we analyze the social, policy, technical and economic aspects of the project.
