The article attached above contains a concept that seems contradictory to itself and impossible. A library without books seems like a notion that is similar to playing basketball without a ball or hoops. However, e-books are being used instead of books. This just goes to show how e-books are redefining how books are used.
Does this library just have a ton of e-books, where anyone can pick one up and pick out whatever book they want to read? It seems that while that’s a good idea, it still doesn’t have the same majesty of a library that’s filled with books.
I do not think a library with only e-books should be called a library. For me personally, it does not seem to have the same image and idea that a library really is.
