McKelvy Discussion 10/18: The Coddling of the American Mind

Hello everyone,

This coming Sunday’s  discussion will be mainly based on the Atlantic article “The Coddling of the American Mind” which received a lot of attention from many different people.

What are trigger warnings? Are college students oversensitive? Can they really not take a joke as claimed by some comedians? Are our campuses over protective or not? Are we really living in a bubble of sunshine and rainbow that prevents us see the snow outside? These are the types of questions we will be focusing on.
