Abstract:

The purpose of this project is to analyze the new Lafayette College Center for the Arts as a socio-technical system. The focus of our accumulated work addresses the technology of the new Arts Campus as a gateway between Lafayette College and the City of Easton. The point we are making is that the relationship between both sides will now begin to grow since Lafayette College is expanding it’s campus into what historically has been downtown Easton. Although it would be nice to project that the relationship will grow through positive contexts, it is very possible that the relationship could strengthen through a common problem. This project addresses both sides of the issue in three distinct contexts:

  1. Flow of Capital
  2. Flow of Education
  3. Flow of Water
