This summer Brother Will Garson ’15 interned at Hackney Real Estate Partners, a commercial real estate firm based out of Richmond, VA. Will’s primary assignment was contacting tenants at shopping centers in the Mid-Atlantic.
Garson also shadowed Ashby and Roby Hackney, principals at Hackney Real Estate Partners, to learn how to acquire, manage, lease, and develop retail shopping centers. Will’s final project was a presentation to the company on locations that should be targeted in the Mid-Atlantic based on economic growth in the last decade.
Garson is an Economics and Government & Law double major at Lafayette. Garson is also a former Recruitment Chair and currently serves as a House Manager for DKE.
