Copyright, Exhibition, Publications, and Fees

All submitted materials for the competition and Festival will become property of Lafayette College. Lafayette College reserves the right to publish and exhibit all or any part of the entries and documentation of the installations at any time and in any format. Lafayette College may collect a fee for such use; funds collected will be used for the purposes of the Festival. Entrants will be notified when such publications or exhibitions occur.

Entrants will retain copyright ownership to their work but may not exhibit or publish it, without prior permission from Lafayette College, in any format until after the conclusion of the Festival.
