2011-2012 McKelvy Scholars Selected

As the above photo shows, Sunday dinners in February and March were packed with prospective Scholars and their friends! After a whirlwind nomination and interview season, the McKelvy Scholar Selection Committee (current McKelvy Scholars and the McKelvy Faculty Advisory Committee) has selected a truly impressive slate of multi-talented Scholars for the House in 2011-2012. We had 180 nominees and 32 applicants who pursued their candidacy. Thirteen new Scholars will join seven returning Scholars in August 2011 for what promises to be an exciting– and musical– year. Information on the new Scholars and a welcome party to be held this spring will be announced shortly!
