Hottie of this week is going to Sophomore attackman Sam Llinares. Llinares is a starting offenseman at #18 ranked Hofstra University. Named CAA’s co-player of the week, Sam led Hoftras 7-5 victory over Ohio state with 3 goals and 1 assist. He was the 2013 CAA All-Rookie team selection. Starting all 14 of last seasons games and leading the team with 13 assists and tying for team leading scorer with 32 points, Llinares is a powerful rookie on the field. Off the field, Llinares is a marketing major who entered the 2014 season with a 14 game point scoring run.
