LCET held its annual hosted show this past Sunday at Top Notch Equestrian Center. Freshman Meena Hosaisy and sophomore Violet Whitmer performed spectacularly in their IHSA debuts, claiming 3rd in Intermediate Fences and 1st in Introductory, respectively. With many great rides all around, the team ended in 3rd place overall. Special shoutout to the spectators from the broader Lafayette community, including friends, family, and faculty, who came to cheer on our riders and support the team. Another big thank you to the families and businesses whose generous contributions helped finance our show. The show was a big success due to a comprehensive effort from the team and the surrounding community. Looking forward, LCET will travel to Bloomsburg on Saturday for the third show of the season.
