Approximately 200 staff members were invited to the Staff Summit that took place on June 29th 2010. The theme of the day was “Building from our Strengths”. While at the Summit, people were asked to share real-life stories about some of the most positive experiences that they have had while at Lafayette College in order for those moments to be remembered and celebrated by everyone. More importantly, those stories were to be learned from so that we (individually and as a community) would look to replicate those good experiences so that they can become a part of our daily experiences. During the Summit, people took the opportunity to have open and candid conversations about experiences at the college and hopes for the future of the college.
