Stress-Out Day (December 2008)

To help students reduce their stress during finals week, we were able to provide over 70 free massages. Students were also able to send a postcard with candy to their friends to help reduce their stress as well. Coloring books, Play-Doh, literature regarding anxiety disorders, and free refreshments and food were also available.
