Service

Service is an often overlooked, but crucially important pillar of academic life, alongside research and teaching. I previously dedicated my time to serving my department and the Temple University College of Liberal Arts, and I now am serving Lafayette College.

Service to the College and University

Service to the Department

I served in numerous roles in Temple’s Political Science Graduate Student Association (PSGSA) which allowed me to contribute to the department and our student body. I brought in external speakers, I organized student-led writing workshops, and I ran faculty-led professionalization and development workshops. PSGSA serves as the intermediary between students and faculty and we worked to craft an inclusive environment that encourages the growth of our student body. I am proud to have served my peers in these numerous capacities.
