Abu Rizvi

Abu Rizvi is Professor of Economics at Lafayette College, where he formerly served as provost. He is also a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania’s Alliance for Higher Education and Democracy (Penn AHEAD) and a trustee of the Hugh Moore Historical Park in Easton, Pennsylvania. Previously, he was the principal investigator of the Lehigh Valley Engaged Humanities Consortium (LVEHC) grant, board member of the Fleming Museum of Art, visiting scholar at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and Georges Lurcy Research Fellow at the Brookings Institution.  Abu Rizvi holds a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and a Ph.D. in economics from the New School for Social Research.
