POSP 2018 begins on August 17th and concludes on August 23rd.

The Pre-Orientation Service Program (POSP), coordinated by the Landis Center, is an immersive service experience that unites First-Year Students, Returning Leaders, Faculty, Staff, and Community Members in an inclusive environment before the Fall Semester begins.

Participants engage in meaningful service, build lasting relationships, and develop both as leaders and active citizens.

POSP is the catalyst that encourages students to make connections through their involvement in meaningful service experiences, and results in increased appreciation of our Easton Community.

The POSP 2018 Application is now available!

To preview the application questions, download the PDF. Applications must be submitted electronically through the above link. This Qualtrics survey will prompt you to upload a Word document, saved with your first and last name (First.Last.doc), with your answers to the main application questions.

Applications are due Friday, June 1, 2018 at 5 P.M. EST.  Accepted first-year students will be notified via the email address they provide in the application. Please allow two weeks for the application review process.

A registration fee of $250 is due upon acceptance into the Pre-Orientation Service Program (POSP). Your registration fee helps cover the cost of early move-in, food, transportation, and evening recreational activities.  All meals and activities during the week are included in this cost.  Registration fees are due by Sunday, July 8, 2018.

***Please note, we do not want the program fee to prohibit anyone from participating.  A fee waiver may be possible for students with financial need.  Please contact Amber Zuber at zubera@lafayette.edu or 610.330.5653 for more information.
