January 20/21, 2015: Isabela to Santa Cruz then to Quito and Home
A travel day today, arriving around 10:30 into Santa Cruz. After dropping bags at the hotel, we took a 1 km walk through a very large lava tube. This was followed by som down time and then a visit to the Darwin Research Station. Evening dinner and a review session followed.
On Wednesday we had a hectic travel day that began in the Galapagos and ended at midnight in the Quito airport. The return flight to Houston leaves around 1am and we get into Newark around noon on the 22nd.
Note: There will probably not be any further posts since the next 36 hours all involve travel and the final exam.
