The Penn Theta chapter has an extensive network of alumni excited to mentor undergraduates and fellow alumni to promote the high levels of personal and career excellence that Psi Kappa Psi instills in brothers. The mentor program at Penn Theta is one of the first established mentor programs in the national Fraternity and continues to grow in strength and value with each new class of brothers and of graduating seniors. New members are paired with alumni who are veterans in their specific industries of interest; including but not limited to law, engineering, medical, financial services, along with a plethora of others.
The program is invaluable to undergraduates and recent graduates, as well as alumni. Undergraduates may seek career advice and personal insights from their mentor. Alumni can become involved with Phi Kappa Psi in a rewarding way that can cultivate lifelong relationships with brothers from the Penn Theta chapter.
Undergraduates and graduates have responded quite positively to the program. All Brothers, graduated or not, can sign up for the program to be a mentor or a mentee. The program is ever expanding, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Thank you to all who are currently a part of the program and please consider becoming further involved with Phi Kappa Psi, Penn Theta.
