Welcome to Women in Computing (WinC)! We are a community of women and non-binary students at Lafayette College dedicated to supporting, empowering, and celebrating one another both academically and personally. Our mission is to create an inclusive environment where members can grow, build meaningful connections, and thrive in computing.

We meet weekly in the Rockwell Integrated Sciences Center (RISC), where we share our weekly highs and lows, celebrate each other’s accomplishments, and support one another through the challenges of college and computing. Throughout the semester, we host a variety of events, including professional development workshops, networking opportunities, mentorship, and study sessions. Whether you’re exploring computer science for the first time or preparing for your next internship, WinC is a place where you can find community, encouragement, and opportunities to grow.
