David’s mother, Susan, is one of the 46 Mommas of the St. Baldricks Foundation for 2011. The 46 Mommas came to be because each weekday in the United States, 46 mothers hear the words “Your child has cancer.” The 46 Mommas represent those families.  As mothers of children battling pediatric cancer, they have heard those words.  They have joined together, from all parts of the country, from all walks of life, to raise awareness and funds for Childhood Cancer Research.   They’ve partnered with St Baldrick’s to raise $1 Million. This is the second year they have joined together, with a new group of 46, continuing the legacy that was begun by 46 Mommas in 2010.  You can find more information about the 46 Mommas at their website here:
