Green Move Out 2011 Wrap-up!
With the help of the Lafayette College community including, students, staff and faculty we were able to exceed our total donation collection from last year! Green Move Out 2011 was able to donate 11, 090 pounds of items to our local charitable organizations.

- Clothes 3115lbs (28% of total)
- Food 2475lbs (22% of total)
- Books 540lbs (5% of total)
- School Supplies 385lbs (4% of total)

- Miscellaneous 1800lbs (65% of total Household Items)
- Microwaves 120lbs (1% of total Household Items)
- Vacuums 60lbs (2% of total Household Items)
- Small Furniture 495lbs ( 18% of total Household Items)
- Lamps 90lbs (3% of total Household Items)
- Fridges 120lbs ( 4% of total Household Items)
Charitable organizations items went to- Easton Area Neighborhood Center, Center for Animal Health and Welfare, American Family Services, Third Street Alliance, Safe Harbor, Easton Area Community Center, Easton Library, Better World Books, College Hill Presbyterian Church Furniture Bank, Bath Area Food Bank

Donations Sites on and off campus
Donation Boxes were available in 31 residence halls, fraternities and sororities.Donation Boxes were also available at 27 college-owed off-campus residences.Donations sites included covered areas near dumpsters in the parking lot at Clinton Terrace and Cattell St as well as 421 Hamilton St.
