For her master’s degree, Leann Brown made this cookbook where you only have to spend four dollars a day to make filling, healthy meals. The meals aren’t bland either- they mix flavors in a way that you get everything you need and it tastes good too! Brown starts off the free book with tips on how to get good food for cheap, which is super helpful in terms of changing food habits for both health and the environment.

Hi
I have a question, i see a lot of products in this store, I have made a screenshot of some products, https://screenshot.photos/itemcheaper4657 that you also sell in your store. But there products are 42% cheaper, well my question is what is the difference between your webshop, is it the quality or something else, I hope you can answer my question.
Sincerely

Cheap healthy meals with 4 dollars? Interesting, Downloading the e-book… Thanks for sharing!
It would be great if cookbooks such as this were provided to low-income families. Many families develop their food habits because they do not think they can afford a healthy, sustainable diet. Imagine the diet problems we could overcome if families started making these meals instead of eating fast food.
