The Mentoring Program within Lafayette’s Chapter of AIChE was launched in the Fall of 2012. The program matches upperclassmen with 2-3 underclassmen students each year in order to fulfill several objectives, including to:

• Build meaningful relationships among the Chemical Engineering department at Lafayette College,
• Encourage active involvement of students within the department,
• Improve the understanding of various aspects of chemical engineering among underclassmen students.
