Council Impact:
Council members work quietly to help create a meaningful difference to the Lafayette community. Here are examples of where we have had impact over the years:

Staff took a survey in fall 2020 about work issues related to COVID-19 through the Higher Education Data Sharing Consortium.
In December 2016 an Admin Council Survey was distributed to Lafayette employees.
