When the team first gathered it was meet with many different challenges. One of those challenges was getting to know the team and everyone that will be involved in the project. We first did this by introducing ourselves and answering basic questions like where we were from and what we do outside of school. Then the questions turned to what we were interested in doing a project on. This was a great bonding experience as we all shared what we were passionate about and hoped to achieve. After one project was decided amongst the group the team broke into subsystems based on the strengths of each person. As the project has continued we have continued to grow as a group and gotten to know each other well. Outside of class we will have discussions and even hang out with one another.
