Gender & Sexuality Programs

Gender & Sexuality Programs, housed in the Office of Intercultural Development, seeks to eliminate harm, violence, and oppression through the intersectional promotion of gender equity and social justice by increasing the understanding and appreciation of how gender and sexuality influence and frame our daily lives and social interactions.

Gender & Sexuality Exploration

This support group at Lafayette College’s Counseling Center provides a supportive place for people to talk about LGBTQ+ experiences in daily life. The topics in this group will be fluid based on members’ thoughts and feelings.

Title IX Office

Sexual violence against the LGBTQ+ community happens in a variety of ways including gender bullying in schools and the workplace, street harassment, sexual harassment, and sexual assault. We also experience hate crimes due to our gender and sexual identity.  Title IX coordinators work hard to create a safe space for us on campus. If you want to learn more about how to report sexual misconduct at Lafayette or if you just want just more information then check out their site today.
