We are the Lafayette Outdoors Society (LOSt for short) and we love the outdoors. Our goal is to get you, the over-worked and over-stressed college student, outside, to give you the chance to refresh you mind and body, and to introduce you to the great outdoor recreation our region has to offer. Come share our passion for the outdoors, enjoy the company of your fellow club members, and get LOST!

We lead a verity of different events:

• Hiking
• Camping
• Rock Climbing
• Kayaking
• Cycling
• Fishing
• Community Building

Our board is in charge of planning, organizing, and executing trips. As a member of the club you have full access to all of these events and are welcome to join us on any of our excursions, provided there is enough space.

If you are interested in planning a trip of your own and would like to make use of the club’s equipment, funds, or knowledge, you are more than welcome to do so! We have tents, sleeping bags, climbing gear, backpacks, kayaks, etc…
