Program will start at 9 AM Sunday, March 13th and end at noon, March 15th. Participants should plan to be on site Saturday night. If you reserve a room for Saturday night at the Asilomar Grounds, meal for that night will be included in the housing fee.
PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Oral presentations will be 20 minutes long (including between 3 and 5 minutes for questions). For posters, please keep in mind the following: Two authors will share a 4’ high x 8’ wide poster board. The usable space for each author will measure 3’7” (109 cm) wide x 3’7” (109 cm) high. No materials for making posters will be available at the conference grounds.
