I was the Principal Investigator of an interdisciplinary project, TransACCESS, aimed at better understanding experiences of access to care for transgender folks in South CentralAppalachia. The project included two studies (one qualitative, one quantitative) and a training for primary care providers. Our team included ETSU faculty from Psychology, Social Work, and Family Medicine, as well as trans community members.
