If not certified in PA: PA Reciprocity Application
Applying for reciprocity takes some time (typically ~1 month) so start this process early.
Have the following ready (scanned to your computer) prior to filling out your reciprocity application, as you cannot save your progress to continue at a later date.
- Current CPR Certification Card
- Current NREMT and/or State EMT Certification Card(s)
- Completed EMS Affiliation Form
- To be completed by Easton Emergency Squad (ask for assistance in contacting Easton Emergency Squad to get this completed, if needed)
- State Background Checks for all states where you have resided and all states where you hold current EMS certification
- Process varies on a state-by-state basis
