Click “FBI History Check,” then click “Schedule or Manage Appointment.” Follow all instructions to schedule an appointment at a Live Scan Fingerprinting Location (Recommendation: The UPS Store — 1866 Leithsville Road, Hellertown, PA 18055 — is closest to Lafayette’s campus).
Pros: do not have to complete TB test
Cons: must have access to transportation to fingerprinting location; fee associated with FBI Fingerprinting ($22)
