First of all, I really enjoyed the storyline of this interview! It was just the perfect length and I was intrigued to listen to her talk about her past experiences with leadership over the years and what being a leader really looks like. I think you cut the story perfectly, and that timing is well done!
My one recommendation would be just with the B-roll. In the beginning, the intro B-roll is pretty shaky and it seems like you did handheld instead of using a tripod. I know that in postproduction there are ways to stabilize the images, so perhaps trying that? I also think having a few B-roll cuts to her leading girls at chapter, or speaking at an event with the interview dialogue in the background would be nice to break up just her talking at us. Since leadership involves working with people, having those shots would definitely be valuable! Good audio!

I really enjoyed this interview. It was really interesting to learn about Bella’s experience as a president of a sorority so I really liked the story line. I also really enjoyed the advice that she gave to the the people watching this about being a leader. Your camera angle for the interview was perfect, and there were no distractions! Great job.
I have to agree with Kenzie’s comment about the B-roll. The frame where it says “welcome to our home” can be cut out. It’s really shaky, so I feel like you can record that again! I also feel like the video as a whole lacks B-roll. Maybe you can film Bella at chapter speaking to everyone, or b-roll of Bella talking to girls in the sorority. I heard what she had to say through the interview, but I want to see it more through b-roll! Overall, this was a very solid interview. Great job!
