  1. Emily great job you rocked it! I would say add some video transitions, especially to cuts within the interview to make the transition more seamless. At one point she is talking about the kennels and the primary reason they are so jam packed and then it switches on her mid-sentence. In the beginning, you really grabbed me with her talking about why she took on this job and then a lot of the interview footage is her talking about kennels in general. Would love to hear about her story more. Obviously, the b roll is cute and good. It does get repetitive with dogs in cages are you above them. Maybe try to change the angle. I would love to see her walking more with not only the animals but maybe people because that is a factor in the shelter. the ending is a little abrupt but I like how she says “you can’t turn your back on them” can you freeze frame on that? Overall, the little, sound, and video quality looked great! Super cool person to interview.

  2. I really love what you have done here with B-roll, it contributes immensely to the story you are telling through your interview subject. I think the sequencing and piecing together of the spoken interview makes a lot of sense, and I have no comments in terms of content. Your audio sounds really good as well, I would just say maybe try to adjust the lighting in your interview so you can see her face more clearly if possible.
