Stevie Daniels is the author of The Wild Lawn Handbook: Alternatives to the Traditional Front Lawn (Macmillan, 1995). She is the editor of Easy Lawns: Low Maintenance Native Grasses for Gardeners Everywhere (Brooklyn Botanic Garden 21st-Century Gardening Series, 1999). She holds a B.S. in horticulture from University of Georgia and a B.A. in English from St. Andrews University. At Lafayette, she previously served as associate director of college communications and editor of Lafayette Magazine. A horticulturist and experienced gardener, she is a member of American Horticultural Society and American Public Gardens Association.
