Bella Ryan is a junior double majoring in Government and Law and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Point Pleasant, New Jersey. She plays wing for the Lafayette Women’s Rugby Team. Outside of rugby, she enjoys running, crocheting, painting, and thrifting.

Alex Rallatos is a junior majoring in Economics and Computer Science from Nutley, New Jersey. 

Cat Carlton is a sophomore majoring in Psychology from Menlo Park, California. She plays scrum half for the Lafayette Women’s Rugby Team.

Dylan Elgart is a junior majoring in Psychology from Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. She plays wing for the Lafayette Women’s Rugby Team. Outside of rugby, she enjoys skiing and reading.

Isabella Gassoso is a sophomore majoring in Government and Law from Staten Island, New York. Outside of rugby, she enjoys reading, thrifting, and playing lacrosse.

Keira Schroeder is a junior majoring in Government and Law from Silver Spring, Maryland. She plays prop for the Lafayette Women’s Rugby Team.

Lilly Hercik is a junior majoring in Government and Law from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Outside of rugby, she enjoys singing, going to the gym, reading, drawing, and painting.

Rachel Vartanian is a junior majoring in Economics and Psychology from Bethesda, Maryland. She plays prop for the Lafayette Women’s Rugby Team.

Tori Smith is a senior majoring in Neuroscience from Allentown, Pennsylvania. She is one of this year's captains for the Lafayette Women’s Rugby Team. Outside of rugby, she enjoys reading.

Mike Eisenhart took over as head coach in Fall 2024 bringing a deep well of rugby experience to the role. With 30 years in and around the sport, Mike has coached at a variety levels from youth grassroots through college. Mike is the operational lead for the Elite Girls Rugby League and the high performance regional team it produces. In addition Mike has been a member of the US High Performance Women's Pathway team serving in operations and strength and conditioning roles.
