Mission Statement
Engineering Studies 480: Sustainable Solutions, a Lafayette College project-based course, devoted the Spring 2023 semester to addressing walkability and accessibility in our home city, Easton, PA. The purpose of this project was to localize the 15-minute city urban planning phenomenon and contribute to the ongoing climate action efforts in the Easton community. We as students aim to connect with our local Easton community and hope that our research can hold significance for current and future plans for Easton as a safe, walkable, and accessible city.
