What is VIMS?
VIMS is an all-inclusive, cost-effective virtual lathe system that utilizes both hardware and software to train machinists virtually and safely.
Realistically modeled force feedback is outputted to the user through an advanced motor control system that reads user input at all times, making sure the user feels as if they are really using a lathe.
Institutes such as high schools, trade schools, prison educational systems, or universities can use VIMS as a way of empowering their students, teaching them new practical skills that were not previously available.
