Many times in computer vision we try to come up with algorithms to match the performance of human vision. However, here is a way we can use cameras and computer vision algorithms to do things we didn’t know were even possible before. As computer vision continues to evolve I imagine we will see more if the same.
It pays off to be creative in this field!
