Position Descriptions

President
The President of RHC presides over both the Executive board and General council. The President is expected to meet with both the Exec Board and the Director or Residence Life on a weekly basis, as well as the General Council on a bi-weekly basis. The President also arranges bi weekly speakers and any initiatives the organization decides to undertake as a whole.

Vice President
The Vice President of RHC presides over the Executive Board and General Council in the absence of the President. In addition to filling in for the President, the Vice President also approves all programming requests made by Building Councils.

Treasurer
The Treasurer of RHC manages all the of the organization’s funds. The Treasurer keeps track of building budgets, spending, and reimbursements. The treasurer also facilitates the quarterly budget cut.

Secretary
The Secretary of RHC keeps the minutes of each meeting and manages the organizations attendance. The Secretary is expected to keep the attendance of all members who attend RHC meetings and also post minutes from each meeting to the moodle site.

Advertising Marketer
The Advertising Marketer manages the communication of the organization to the rest of campus. The Advertising Marketer presides over the organization’s website as well as the organizations social media outlets.
