Residence Hall Council is a student organization dedicated to promoting a positive residence hall environment. Its focus is twofold:
- to represent and advocate for the interests and concerns of residential students, and
- to provide opportunities for students to meet and socialize by supporting and planning events within and between individual residence halls and the campus as a whole.
RHC is composed of an executive board (made up of four executive officers) and individual building councils. Each residence hall has a building council in which any interested resident may participate. Each building council works together to organize and run both building meetings and fun events for the residents of their respective Residence Halls. Each building council also represents the residents of their building at the bi-weekly Council of Presidents meetings.
