Our team has divided into separate roles, kept track of our expected timeline to meet deliverables, and constructed a team charter to define our scope and goals as a team. An analysis of the roles and role assignments will be conducted midway through the semester, with a goal of optimizing member responsibilities and learning outcomes.

Team Roles:

As of now, our original team roles have remained the same. We have found that we chose our jobs intelligently, with a good understanding of our individual skillsets, and we have therefore not needed to rotate our job titles yet.

Timeline:

Our timeline has been updated to frame out the remainder of the semester. Internal deadlines are organized to allow our team to meet before important deliverables, finalize our decisions, and edit our presentations to convey our newest developments. Work to quantify our functional requirements has already begun and is largely completed, pending final review.

Team Charter:

Updates to our Team Charter include clarifying our method of communication as well as refining our problem scope and problem statement. Further updates will be voted on by the group before ratification.
