Our stakeholders are at the core of our problem definition. As college students, we are part of our primary stakeholders, which would be other students both at our college and other universities around the country. Additional stakeholders include emergency responders who currently deal with university safety issues, Lafayette College which is supporting our project, and companies which provide existing safety solutions. Stakeholders have been identified through discussions with other stakeholders and internal brainstorming.
