For our concept generation process, we divided the team into three groups of three.
Each team member brainstormed ideas on a whiteboard and then discussed as a group. Team members were shuffled between groups and added on to previous ideas. We listed assumptions as a team (guide must specify drill angle, guide must specify drill location, drill guide must be handheld, etc.) and then worked on ideas which inverted those assumptions or combined multiple assumptions into one idea.
