Now that we have identified a target problem, we need to better define it through the use of functional requirements. By reviewing our discussions with Josh Parr, identifying relevant regulations, and doing some of our brainstorming we were able to come up with a list of needs that we defined through functional requirements. At the moment our functional requirements remain unspecified and will require that we take future steps to identify them.
