The resources needed for the prototype are the following: 10 gallons of runoff water, a flow meter sensor, a mechanical whisk, water pipes, a water pump, and two ten-gallon plastic tanks. For the assembly creation of the prototype, the team will require room 002-A in AEC. This is due to the assumption that our prototype will be a large-scale project. Additionally, we potentially will need to see how our prototype fairs against actual weather conditions in the field; therefore Lafarm will be used as a testing ground as well. The cost of each required resource is the following: a 10 gallon tank that will collect the runoff water will be $60, an electrical motor that will used to mix the bleach to the runoff water will be $100, a water pump that will transfer over the clean water to the sink will be $70, a flow meter sensor that will make sure the tank only collects 10 gallons of water will be $50, and a pvc pipe that connects the tank to the sink will be $80. The creation of the costs for each item is an estimate based on the market price of each item and finding the average costs.
