This museum is now called the National Museum of Nature and Science (国立科学博物館).
The Denbō-in Temple was closed (see below) and the pond was left unfilled. This image was taken from the Sensōji Chingodō.
Even after looking around for a good half hour, I could not find the angle the original photo was taken.
The street lamps seem to have disappeared. Even at 10AM the street is filled with tourists.
The bridge was under maintenance.
The fencing directly next to the Torii has been removed to allow for increased foot traffic. The Torii itself has been replaced.
