Registration is open now.  Registration deadline is 11 April 2025 at 11:59 pm.

Please be advised of the following:

  1. The registration form requires that each registrant enters their advisor’s name and email address.  If you are a faculty member, you may enter “N/A” in the “Advisor’s First Name” and “Advisor’s Last Name” fields but you will have to enter a valid email address in the “Advisor’s Email Address” field (you may reenter your own email address here).
  2. During the registration process, you will need to create an account with TouchNet, the vendor used by the Lafayette College marketplace.
  3. Faculty members who are also registering their students may do so by selecting “Continue shopping” during the registration process, prior to selecting payment options.
  4. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact Laurie Caslake or Manuel Ospina-Giraldo.  The deadline to request a meeting registration cancelation and receive a refund is Tuesday, 22 April 2025 at 11:59 pm.
