The Lehigh Valley Ecology and Evolution Society meeting is attended by faculty, undergraduate, and graduate students from all six LVAIC schools and from a variety of colleges and universities in the surrounding area. The meeting occurs every spring, and is hosted by a different LVAIC institution every year. The program spans a single day, and includes breakfast pastries and coffee, several breaks for snacks, and lunch. Oral research presentations are given throughout the morning and in the early afternoon by undergraduate and graduate student attendees. Lunch features a keynote speaker.  During a session in the mid-afternoon, student attendees also present research posters. The day ends with the awarding of prizes for the best undergraduate and graduate poster and oral research presentations.
