Registration for the 16th Annual Lehigh Valley Ecology and Evolution Society Meeting is now open. Registration and presentation abstracts are due by the end of the day on Monday, April 8.
You may register through email and then either mail a check or bring a check with you the day of the meeting. Please download the registration form below. Please email your completed registration form to drummonj@lafayette.edu by the end of the day Monday, April 8, 2019.
This option WILL allow one individual to submit one check for multiple attendees. However, each attendee must email a completed registration form to drummonj@lafayette.edu by Monday, April 8, 2019.
We invite students, faculty, and institutions to submit abstracts for both oral presentations and poster presentations. All abstracts must be submitted by the end of the day Monday, April 8, 2019.
Abstracts should be 250 words or less. Please include title, full name(s) of the presenter(s), “bold” the presenter who will be giving the paper or poster, and include the address(es) of each. Please use Times New Roman, 12 pt.
Oral Presentation: 12 minutes + 3 minutes for questions (priority for oral presentations will be given to students).
Poster Presentation: Maximum size 5 ft. by 4 ft.
Awards will be presented for the best undergraduate and graduate oral presentations and posters.
