Ultimate Frisbee

“I’m always trying to recruit people to do intramural sports. So when I thought of potentially having ultimate frisbee as a new intramural sport, I started inquiring among the student body to gauge the interest level and inspire a shared vision. I talked to students across different class years, athletic abilities, and genders, and a large number of students were very enthusiastic about the idea. Knowing there was interest in ultimate frisbee, I discussed the possibilities with the professional staff members at supervisors’ meeting in the hopes of realizing this shared vision. Ultimate frisbee has not yet been approved as an intramural sport, but I will continue to bring it up and hopefully we can work out the rules and make it happen in the near future.”
